Meet Brady and Bekah! (hey that's us!)
We met in 2022, got married in 2023 and have both been long-time Arizonans!
From a young age we both grew up eating veggies from gardens, fruits from trees, eggs from our chickens and even had milk from our goats! (yeah, we had pretty similar childhoods...)
Growing up this way instilled in us a enthusiasm for living a natural lifestyle close to nature. We've both learned through experience that it's the small choices, over time, that make the biggest impact on things like our health.
