Does my tier progress ever reset?
Never. Tier progress is lifetime and never resets — every qualifying referral you've ever made counts toward your tier, permanently. Sprouter today, Ambassador tomorrow, yours forever.
Is there a cap on how many people I can refer?
Nope — there is no cap on the number of referrals you can make. Refer one friend, or refer twenty. Every qualifying referral counts toward your lifetime tier and earns you rewards.
What does my friend get?
Your friend receives a one-time discount on their first order. The amount depends on your current tier: 10% off for Sprouter, 15% off for Grower, and 20% off for Ambassador. The discount is applied to their first order only.
Does the Friend discount apply to the eight week Discovery series?
No — the referral friend discount cannot be applied to the 8-Week Discovery Series, which is already pre-discounted. The Ambassador permanent discount also does not apply to the Discovery Series.
What if my friend only places a one time order?
You still earn the 1st reward — that's triggered by any first paid delivery, whether it's a one-time order or a subscription. The 2nd reward is only available if your friend starts and maintains an active subscription for 28 consecutive days. One-time orders alone don't unlock the 2nd reward.
Can I refer myself or someone in my household?
Self-referrals — including referring yourself or household members (children, spouse, etc.) — are not permitted. Fraudulent referral claims will result in disqualification from the program. We want this to be fun and fair for everyone in the community.
